Bernterode - San Diego, February 2010 - The purchase Agreement between Helix Wind, Corp., San Diego and VENCO Power GmbH, Bernterode, signed September 2, 2009, has been terminated on February 16, 2010 due to the fact that Helix Wind could not finance the aquisiton of VENCO Power GmbH within given time frame.
