Bremerhaven, Jan. 2009 - VENCO Power now is offering a "Meteorological Energy Potential Estimate" to give support about possible energy output at a given installation site. The estimate can be valuable for decisions in advance about installation of a wind turbine.

A special process is used to determine the energy potential estimate for a VENCO vertical wind energy converter. The calculation of average annual energy production is based on analysis of one or more physical atmospheric models, derived from collected data since 1970.

The calculated values are valid only for free incident air flow in compliance with the power curve of the VENCO vertical wind energy converter.
