Auckland, NZ, April 2010 - The Surfdale Development, a project on Waiheke Island near Auckland, is a residential and commercial building using innovative design and eco-friendly building materials and technologies to set new standards of excellence for environmental sustainability.
The luxury apartment was built by litehouse, Sustainable Architecture, and is now open to the public as a showhome, providing ideas and information to promote ecologically responsible architecture and construction.  

 

After trials with different wind turbines, VENCO-Twister-1000-T has been the choice to meet quality and design requirements.  

The first VENCO-Twister-1000-T in New Zealand was installed by VENCO's valued dealer Power Technology Ltd., Waitakere City, Auckland, NZ.
